A private REIT, not a public stock.

InvestPlus Industrial REIT is a private real estate investment trust. Units are not listed on a stock exchange. Eligible investors subscribe through an Offering Memorandum offered under Canadian prospectus exemptions.

01 — The assets

Industrial buildings

The REIT owns and manages industrial properties used by businesses — warehouses, light-industrial, and related commercial space across Western Canada.

02 — The structure

You own Units

Qualified investors may purchase Units of the REIT. Occupancy, leases, and operations are handled by the management team rather than by each unitholder.

03 — The next step

Review, then decide

Read the Offering Memorandum, understand fees and risks, confirm you qualify, and only then consider a subscription through a registered Exempt Market Dealer.

Western Canadian industrial properties.

The current portfolio includes light-industrial and multi-tenant properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Buildings, tenants, and occupancy change over time. Review the live portfolio before making any decision.

  • Focus on income-producing industrial real estate
  • Properties used by operating businesses, not residential speculation
  • Portfolio details, maps, and asset pages are published on the commercial portfolio

Registered plans may be used

Where permitted, Units may be held in registered accounts such as RRSP, TFSA, or RESP. Tax treatment depends on your situation. This is not tax advice.

Limited liquidity

There is currently no public market for the Units. Redemptions, if offered, may be limited, delayed, or suspended. Do not invest money you may need quickly.
